Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GuildMaster, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

If this version conflicts with the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. The service

GuildMaster is a guild management system for MMORPGs: member management, events, DKP (Dragon Kill Points) scoring, item auctions, and Discord integration. Access is per personal account, linked to an email or a Discord account.

2. Registration and account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Information provided at registration (email, character name) must be accurate.
• Accounts can be linked to a Discord account; doing so authorizes GuildMaster to read your Discord ID, email, avatar, and the list of Discord servers where you have admin permissions, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Guilds, DKP, and auctions

• Guild leaders are responsible for their guild’s internal DKP distribution rules and for running auctions within the platform.
• The DKP transaction history is kept permanently (append-only ledger) to preserve the integrity of every member’s balance, even after a member leaves.
• GuildMaster is not a party to internal guild disputes over item or point distribution.

4. Paid plans and billing

• Some features require a paid plan, billed through Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the period already paid for.
• Accounts without an active subscription after the courtesy period become read-only.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the system for illegal purposes or to harass other users;
• Attempt to access other users’, guilds’, or data without authorization;
• Interfere with the service’s operation (e.g. overloading the API, bypassing rate limits).

Violations may result in account suspension or deletion.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time at /app/profile. Your identifying data is erased; your guild participation history (DKP, attendance, auctions) is anonymized and preserved so it doesn’t affect other members’ records, as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you own a guild, you must transfer ownership before deleting your account.

7. Availability and changes to the service

GuildMaster may undergo scheduled maintenance and feature changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the system, including item/DKP distribution decisions made by guild leaders.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
